The speaker will take the audience through a three step process that will help them view their businesses through the customer’s eye and to quickly develop products and services to better meet customer needs. The process he describes is easy to implement and should improve the innovation level in any organization.
Prior to joining The Thomson Corporation, Mr. Hauptly served in a variety of positions in the Federal Courts of the United States and the United States Department of Justice. He is the author of five books and numerous articles on history and law and the recipient of the Benjamin Franklin Award for Best Writing on the United States Constitution.
Mr. Hauptly’s speech as well as the Q&A session will be held in English language.
